At Miri-Cosmetics, we are committed to providing high-quality Korean beauty and skincare products. Due to the nature of our products—cosmetics and personal care items—we follow a strict returns and refund policy to ensure the safety, hygiene, and satisfaction of all our customers.

1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in its original packaging, with seals, plastic wrap, and hygiene stickers fully intact
  • Be returned within 14 calendar days of purchase (in-store) or receipt (online orders)

Please note:
Once the product’s seal has been broken or packaging opened, the item is no longer eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety regulations.

2. Online Purchases (Web Shop)

If you made your purchase online:

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item under EU Distance Selling Regulations.
  • The product must meet the above return eligibility criteria (unopened, sealed, unused).
  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@miri-cosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

3. In-Store Purchases

Items bought in our physical store may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

  • Returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference and product condition.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products with tampered seals or missing packaging
  • Sale or clearance items marked as “final sale”
  • Gift cards or promotional items

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will offer a replacement or full refund after verifying the issue. Photos of the product and packaging may be required.
